Monday Moanin'

• I'm still getting used to a new schedule where I teach a 8-9AM Management class and three evening Finance classes and learning the art of the midday nap since it's hard to get home at 10PM and get back up at 6 to teach the next morning at 8 without naps. Hopefully, I'll be getting back to more blogging, but the news seems rather depressing as a rule.
• This is my seventh wedding anniversary. Time does fly. No seven year itch; no one else on the planet can encourage me like Eileen can and visa versa.
• I've let a lot of major news go unblogged, like Michael Jackson's passing. Not that I wish him ill, but he is seemingly better off dead, as people scoot past his ... er... oddball ... behavior of the 90s and 00s and focus on the talented singer of the 70s and 80s.
• What's Sarah Palin going to do next? I haven't a clue and she well might not have a clue either. That's not a bad thing; not everyone has their life plan scripted out. Few politicians have generated such ire in my lifetime. She may need some time to chill out before getting back into the public eye on her terms.
