There is an industry in Christian circles of making t-shirts playing off of secular marketing, like a God's Gym shirt using Gold's Gym font, or Solid Rock Cafe or A Breadcrumb and Fish.
A Catholic priest has a God Squad logo on his car, which very loosely borrows from Best Buy's Geek Squad logo and Best Buy is suing. Had I seen it (and I'm dating myself severely here), I would of though it was a play on the old Mod Squad TV show of the early 70s.
Both GS logos are ovals with a change in background color on the bottom 40%, but the God Squad one is black high and white low, while the Geeks are orange high and black low.
Does that priest harm Best Buy's image? Not that I can see. Suing hurts their image and might get me to hit Staples or Office Max for computer gear that I can get from both.
Dairy Queen suing a rival for marketing a Blizz knock-off of their Blizzard would make business and legal sense, but the Geeks look like Dweebs on this one.
