In that order? Constitution first, Bible second, what the Holy Spirit might be sharing with your conscience a distant third.
Including the parts about going to Congress before starting a war? Including the part about cruel and unusual punishments and applying that to our prisoners in the "war on terror"? Like the part that has everyone born in the US be citizens?
Biblical values? Like looking after widows and orphans. Like not bearing false witness against our neighbor, even if they are liberals. Like being gracious towards immigrants.
They have a whole page of critiques of the current administration, but nothing critiquing any shortcomings of its potential replacement. It would likely be a shorter list, but still existant.
Not that I would suggest trashing the Constitution, but our focus should be on stuff that is godly and then constitutional, rather than constitutional and meeting your take on the Bible.
