It's not nice to have fun at other folk's displeasure, but... when the Yankees get swept by your team (the Tigers) and you hear the lamentation of their women... it's hard not to have a bit of a smile. 8-1, with four homers, running CC Sabathia off the field and not needing a closer, although Phil Coke did just fine for two shutout innings.
I hope A-Rod doesn't get run out of town on a rail after this, for this was a team effort (or lack thereof) running into a Tiger buzzsaw of a pitching staff. He deserves better than to be exiled to the Marlins if the Yankees agree to go halfsies on his salary.
