New York state just lowered the allowed size of gun magazines to 7 from 10. It will be interesting to see if the Supreme Court chimes in at some point. Could you limit magazines to one bullet and effectively ban most guns that we currently use?
At some point, you're affecting someone's ability to use a gun in self-defence. However, your gun control mavens think it's the police's job to protect us... if we're still alive by the time they get to the scene.
