The two American guys in the gymnastics final seemed to meet those specs, but it takes discipline by the truckload to get to that level, so the discipline needed to be in the top dozen gymnasts in the world translates into their speech.
Checking in on the Greek for those two has serious checking in as something closer to respectable, honorable. That means that you can have a sense of humor and still be a person worthy of respect.
Meanwhile, soundness translates better as healthy. Lots of unhealthy speech out there these days, doubly so if you count people's quips in texts and tweets.
That's a goal to be shot for by both our youth and ourselves; it's still taking me some getting used to not being in that young man bucket anymore.
